  1. YIELD:    36                                              BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES
  2. COOKING TEMP: 350F         PORTION: 1 2"-cookie
  3. COOKING TIME: 10-12 min    COOKING PAN: Baking sheet pan

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Margarine             : 1 1/3 cp     1. Cream margarine, sugars, eggs and
  8. | Sugar brown           : 1 cp            vanilla.
  9. | Sugar                 : 1 1/4 cp     2. Add flour, baking powder, baking
  10. | Eggs                  : 2 ea            soda, and salt. Mix well.
  11. | Vanilla               : 1 1/3 ts     3. Add quick oats, nuts, coconut and
  12. | Flour                 : 3 1/2 cp        chocolate chips. Mix lightly.
  13. | Baking powder         : 1 1/3 ts     4. Fold in cornflakes by hand.
  14. | Baking soda           : 1 1/2 ts     5. Drop by tablespoon onto greased
  15. | Salt                  : 1/2 ts          baking sheet pan. Bake in preheated
  16. | Oats quick            : 1 cp            350F oven for 10-12 minutes.
  17. | Coconut sweetened     : 1 cp     
  18. | Walnuts chopped       : 3/4 cp   
  19. | Chocolate chips       : 12 oz
